You get to choose your clients- You tell us about your experience and preferences and we do the work to match you with a client that meets those.
We don't send you in "cold". We provide a plan of care for your review before you ever meet the client so you know what the need is. We also offer orienting shifts either with an existing care provider or the family.
Coverage for time away- with a registry of care providers we do our best to make sure your client is not left without care for illness and time away
Pay Security- Funds for hours worked are deposited into your account every Friday via our secure scheduling and invoicing software. No invoices to create or follow up on- just clock in and out
