Meet the Owner- Sue Grounds OTR/L
Sue Grounds is a dedicated occupational therapist with a career spanning since 1975, serving diverse populations across Chicago, Albuquerque, and Denver. Her experience ranges from outpatient mental health and private psychiatric care to public schools, medical centers, skilled nursing, and home care.
While she has valued every role, Sue’s true passion lies in caring for the elderly. She believes that as people age, their needs are too often overlooked, and she is committed to changing that. Sue strives to ensure every individual she serves feels honored for the life they’ve lived and the contributions they’ve made.
Her mission is simple but powerful: to treat every person with dignity, respect, and compassion—because everyone deserves to be valued.

The heart of our agency is our network of dedicated care providers. They come from diverse backgrounds and bring a wide range of experience, skills, personalities, and interests. We do — directly. No agency, no contractor pool. We post, interview, reference-check, and background-check every person before they see a client. Sue meets with every single care provider candidate in person to ensure the best match for clients.
Yes, by design. We build consistent schedules and only send a substitute when unavoidable — and we'll tell you in advance when that happens. Due to our strong network of independent care providers you're not left without care for vacations and illness.
We quote a clear hourly rate range on the first call — no enrollment fees, no package minimums hidden in the fine print. We know this is a critical factor in the decision and prefer to be up front with what you can expect.
